How do we order?
We are currently selling online. You can pick up your order or we can deliver! Shipping is available for books only at the moment. Orders placed after 5pm will be considered as received the following day.
How do I pick-up my order?
You will be notified when your order is ready and will be able to select a 15 minute time slot to pick up your order at our storefront.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver within a 40 mile radius (about as far north as Seattle and south to Olympia) of McKinley on Saturdays and Sundays 10am-4pm.
Do you ship?
Yes, currently books only.
What are your hours?
We are open for pick-up Monday through Friday 5:30-7:30pm and weekends 10am-4pm.
When will your storefront open?
We intend to open Summer 2021, though this timeline is subject to change.
What is your return policy?
Plants that have disease or infestation issues may be returned within two weeks. All other plants are final sale. Books are final sale.
Can I purchase decorative pots for my plants?
We currently offer plants in nursery pots however we will have decorative pot options very soon!
What if my order is a gift?
If you have a personalized message you would like us to include, type the message in the “Special instructions for seller” box at checkout. Also, specify in the “Special instructions for seller” section what address we will need to deliver to if the recipient's address differs from your billing address.
